Great Price, Great location (very quiet). Great place for anyone that doesn't mind the short drive to the attractions in Gatlinburg / Pigeon Forge and does not like the overcrowded, over priced, dumpy hotels on the strip.

No pool (no matter what the website says). No coffee maker. Constant beeping noise from Electrical Room next door. (Room 225) Room clean. Decent breakfast. Great location for bear watching and leaf peeping. Fair pricing. Staff not very friendly for a Tennessee Motel, us Tennesseans are notoriously kind and friendly, don't make us look bad. Saw 3 bear cubs today.

This was an AMAZING hotel with very friendly staff and an excellent breakfast! The rooms were quiet and in an excellent, safe location. Beds are very comfortable. Our only issues were the tub was slippery and needed a better no slip surface, a vent fan wasn't working and a coffee pot was needed in the room. But we would stay here again. These might have just been specific to our room, but just a heads up if this is important to you! Also, no pool if you are looking to take a swim.

We needed a place to stay for the night. My husband felt like the bed was uncomfortable but it slept well to me. The water knob was backward but common sense tells you which side is hot and which side is cold. Loved the chairs outside the rooms, they had a hot breakfast that was good, the views were pretty, and the staff were super friendly. I read reviews where people were upset they didn’t have a coffee pot in each room but I don’t drink coffee and my husband was content with having it with his breakfast from the lobby. There is a gas station a short distance down the road along with a little grocery store and a coffee shop. All in all a nice place to stay and I will go back whenever I am in the area again.

Overall good, beds are ridiculously high and hard for us to get onto. However, they were comfortable. Would be nice to have some sort of bench to make it easier to dress.

An unexpected pleasant experience. Decided to come to be near Cades cove early in the morning. The desk clerk who checked us in, I believe TJ, was so nice and helpful. The young man who checked us out this morning was awesome. The room was very large and clean. Will gladly stay here again if we come this way. A wonderful change from crowded overpriced Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge.

Mom and I have been staying here for a few years now whenever we visit the Smokies. We’ve always had a great experience, love how quiet it is and the people that run this place are so kind and wonderful. Their complimentary breakfast is great and honestly the best coffee I’ve ever had at a hotel. Highly recommend staying here!

This was our 4th stay at Cades Cove Best Western in Townsend TN. We book a suite to have extra room during our week-long stay. The staff are so accommodating, friendly and professional at every level. Our room is clean, the bed comfortable and the sunrise/set view beautiful. We'll be back again next year. To the reviewers that state BW Cades Cove is falsely advertising a pool. Those are third party or old cache photos. The actual website does not mention a pool or have photos.
